24/7 FLM (first line maintenance) on-call service

Our 24/7, year-round FLM on-call service will provide on-site deployments. When requested, a service team arrives on site and starts putting previously discussed malfunction right. For example, they’ll replace assemblies, reset the system or carry out a signal level measurement.

8/5 SLM (second line maintenance) on-call service

Our 8/5 SLM on-call service is an add-on to the helpdesk or remote diagnosis offering. As part of the SLM on-call service, a Syserso Networks service technician will carry out a problem analysis, or try to put the problem right on the customer’s premises during working hours. The technician will only leave once the malfunction has been rectified and the system is up and running again.

As part of the SLM on-call service, a Syserso Networks service technician will carry out a problem analysis, or try to put the problem right on the customer’s premises and will only leave once the malfunction has been put right and the system is up and running again. SLM deployents can be requested 24/7.
