Remote diagnosis

A Syserso Networks service technician can dial into a customer’s network, analyse and, if necessary, rectify malfunctions remotely. The customer liaises with the service technician to discuss what needs to be done. The technician obtains remote access to the network element, analyses the status and carries out the job previously agreed.

Software support

Following bug reports, software is altered to fix bugs and new software updates are provided following release.
