Why Cirpack's Routing Policy Enabler (RPE)?

The Cirpack Routing Policy Enabler is a central platform for routing management in telecommunications networks. It helps carriers and service providers dynamically control their connection decisions based on business rules, network utilization, and quality parameters. The solution enables a flexible and cost-optimized routing strategy in real time.

Thanks to rule-based routing, decisions can be made based on costs, priorities, target preferences or regulatory requirements, among other things. The RPE also offers full support for Local Number Portability, including secure number translation in E.164 format. The platform can also be used to efficiently implement classic least-cost routing scenarios in order to permanently reduce connection costs.

By distributing the load to different network elements, voice quality can be guaranteed even at high loads. The geo-redundant architecture with automatic failover also ensures maximum availability.

The Cirpack RPE is fully compatible with popular soft switches, gateways, SBCs and SIP-based platforms. Flexible routing rules – customizable according to time windows, regions or defined events – enable fine-grained control.
