The LightINSIGHT network management software complements Ribbon’s central network management system LightSOFT with powerful analysis and reporting functions. It provides a comprehensive basis for network evaluation, decision support, and targeted optimization of operations and planning.

LightINSIGHT delivers actionable network insights in real time – automated, clear and interactive. By integrating network data from Apollo, NPT, XDM and BG systems, companies can significantly increase transparency, efficiency and security in network operations.

Whether to support SLA reports, to ensure regulatory requirements (e.g. according to BSI 27001 in the KRITIS environment) or to automate recurring documentation tasks – LightINSIGHT reduces manual effort (OPEX), enables proactive network optimization and provides actionable insights for technical and commercial decision-making processes.

Individual reports can be created automatically, sent by e-mail or integrated into other systems via standard formats (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
