With full FCAPS functionality and an intuitive GUI, LightSOFT provides a multi-layered network image – from the physical network structure to Ethernet, MPLS, SDH/SONET and optical networks (DWDM, CWDM, OTN). Automated provisioning tools make it easy to configure Ethernet services, MPLS-TP tunnels, and optical connections.

LightSOFT supports operation on Oracle Solaris and RedHat Linux (also virtualized) and also offers geo-redundant architectures for maximum reliability.
