Network management
Why SGRwin from CIC?
SGRwin is a comprehensive, FCAPS-based network management system for managing complex telecommunications networks – ideal for operators of critical infrastructures. It combines modern packet-based Ethernet/MPLS networks with SDH/TDM systems, providing centralized management for heterogeneous network environments, including legacy technologies such as DNWP’s Connection Master and Dynanet.
The system supports up to 100,000 network nodes and enables uniform monitoring, configuration and end-to-end switching of voice and data services – even across manufacturers. The E2E functionality is particularly convenient for managing Ethernet, MPLS-TP, SDH and PDH services.
SGRwin runs on Windows or Red Hat Linux servers, optionally virtualized, and supports geo-redundant setups to increase reliability. Thanks to the close cooperation with the software manufacturer CiC, individual adjustments, integration of new devices and the expansion of existing functions are possible at any time.
The open architecture, high scalability and flexibility make SGRwin the ideal platform for the future-proof management of complex networks with a wide range of requirements.
