Lawful interception and traffic and inventory data information

Syserso Networks supports obligated network providers with consulting, hardware, software and services for outsourced lawful interception operations in accordance with §110 TKG (new: §170 TKG) as well as traffic and inventory data information in accordance with §§96/113 TKG (new: §174 TKG).

We take into account all organizational, technical and legal requirements and, with our InterCeption Center (ICC), offer 24/7 operation by security-cleared personnel – all from a single source.

Retention

The VDS Act (VDS 2.0) is currently suspended due to court rulings, but remains an issue. Syserso Networks offers a secure infrastructure approved by the BNetzA in accordance with §113f TKG as well as a comprehensive operator and security concept.

As soon as new legal regulations are available, we will be ready for the resumption of operations.

Anomaly detection monitoring

Our anomaly detection service monitors networks around the clock for disruptions and unexpected changes.

Together with Rhebo Industrial Protector, our Security Operations Center analyzes reports, processes incidents according to defined processes and delivers regular reports. Tailor-made solutions for every network size included.

BSI Contact Point

According to Section 8b (3) BSIG, operators of critical infrastructure are obliged to designate a contact point for the Federal Office for Information Security (BSI) through which they can be reached around the clock.

As a registered contact point in accordance with BSI requirements, we receive, evaluate and forward cyber security warnings and situation information – around the clock.

Our security-cleared personnel act according to defined processes and ensure that relevant contact persons are alerted quickly.

Thanks to our ISO 27001 certification by the BSI , we meet the highest requirements for information security and confidentiality.
