- The 24/7 FLM on-call service is available 7 days a week, 24 hours a day, in order to quickly implement necessary on-site operations.
- Upon request, a service technician arrives at the respective location and carries out the previously defined troubleshooting measures – for example:
- Replacement of assemblies
- Resetting systems
- Level measurements
- The SLM on-call service is an extension of the basic support (hotline and remote diagnosis).
- In the event of deeper technical problems, an experienced technician from Syserso Networks comes directly to the scene of the incident to analyze the fault and completely rectify it – until the system is ready for operation again.
- On-site assignments take place during normal business hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
- Technicians are available around the clock, 7 days a week, for on-site assignments.
